Passed away at St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton, Ontario on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Beloved husband of Marilyn. Cherished father of Melissa and the late Mike (2009) (Cindy). Proud Papa of Emily (Benny), Alyssa, Jessie, and Frank. Dear brother of Lynda (Ken), and predeceased by siblings Bob (Gail) and Marleen (Pat). Ron is missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and multitude of friends.
Ron loved to drive, and was a proud driver for the Hamilton Street Railway, which became the HSR. He fiercely loved his family, and always looked on the bright side of life.
Visitation will be held at Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery, Burlington.
