Ruby Burgess Orr

At the age of 84 Ruby passed away on May 9, 2012. Predeceased by son Danny (1964), husband Donald (1978) WW2 Veteran 16th Field Co.R.C.E. Survived by loved husband and best friend Gary Orr, daughters Donna (Keith), Denise and son Donald (Yvonne). Grandchildren Ron (Lisa), Jennifer (Brian), Cindy, Kelly (Eli), Daniel, Derek, Jessica, Casey, Leslie and Renne. Great grandchildren Alexis, Chloe, Ella, Brandon, Ayla, Bella, Dylan and Vanessa. Extended family Wayne (Gwen), Vince (Karen), Shelley (Brian). Grandchildren Craig, Brandon, Jordan and Alec. Not to forget my Bill and Amy Burgess best friends who were always there for me. "Don't forget the phone Amy." Goodbye to my dear sisters Betty and Dorothy. Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL 1309 King Street East (at the Delta, opposite Gage Park) 905-549-2417 on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery. If wished, memorial donations in Ruby's name can be made to the Juravinski Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
