Stanley Beaumont Stewart

Beloved husband to Lynn Stewart for 44 wonderful years. Devoted father to Stephanie Stewart and cherished Papa to Braiden Boutcher. Proud fur dad to Bailey. Stanley was a much-loved and respected brother to Glenna Swing (Steven), Ian Stewart (Kim), and Jacqueline MacCuish (Blair). He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Stanley will be fondly remembered for his passion for NASCAR and all things automotive—especially Corvettes. A true animal lover, he had a special place in his heart for dogs. He was also a dedicated Toronto Blue Jays fan and enjoyed watching baseball throughout his life. Above all, Stanley loved his family deeply and was happiest when surrounded by them.

Visitation will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 6:00–9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at Church of the Resurrection, 435 Mohawk Road West (at Garth) on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation to be held at the church from 10am until 11am. Cremation to follow.

In Stanley’s memory, donations may be made to the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA or McMaster Children’s Hospital.
