It is with great sadness that we mourn the unexpected passing of Takeshi Furukawa, April 23, 1923 - September 3, 2013, in his 91st year. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia Sumi Furukawa (nee Kondo), their children Rob, wife Kimberley, and Shelly Roy, husband Brian. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Lauren (Mike), Alex Furukawa, Allyson Roy, husband Neil, Alexis Conforti, husband David and great grandsons Benjamin and Brady. Funeral arrangements are as follows: Visitation at Cresmount Funeral Home "Upper James Chapel" 1020 Upper James Street, Hamilton ON L9C 3A8, 905-575-1154, Thursday, September 5th from 2-4:00 p.m. and 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral service: Same location, Friday, September 6th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial.
