I stumbled on this almost by accident, more than a year after the event. Connie and Cathy, it has been many, many years but I have great memories of your father as a kind and generous soul. Please accept my condolences for your inestimable loss. 

Please allow me to share the condolences of the Lister family on the loss of Mr. Kocznur.  What wonderful memories we have growing up in our neighborhood, the closeness and camaraderie of the parents and children, many of whom became lifelong friends. Mr. Kocznur was a kind and caring “father” figure to the kids and a good friend to the adults.  It is with much fondness I remember my times babysitting Connie, Cathy, Teddie and Chris, and I send you and Mrs. Kocznur my heartfelt sympathy along with that of my siblings. 

Sending lots of love, thoughts and prayers to the whole family on Uncle Ted's passing. Absolutely love all the wonderful pictures posted. There are  so many memories to cherish xoxo

So sorry to hear of your  dads passing. May you always remember him fondly and may his memory be a blessing.

the same measure of time, in that everything only took 5 minutes!

Dear Kocznur Family, Sending my sincere sympathy on the passing of your Dad.  I have many fond memories of our 2 families growing up while attending Buchanan Park FM Church.  Sunday School, CYC, Youth Group, meeting in each other's homes, our parents having New Year's Eve parties, etc.  Your parents were always there and always involved.  May God bless you and comfort you as only He can during such sad times.

I am so very sorry to hear of Teds passing. The Yankowskis Martha, John, Joe and Mary and the Kocznurs were neighbours in Guelph on Stevenson Street. So many wonderful heartful memories.
We still shop at Starpolskis on Barton St. Sophie was my maid of honour and attended our 50th Anniversary Celebration. So thankful for the dearest friends although time goes by so fast.

My most sincere condolences on the loss of your Father. 
I had the pleasure of speaking with him a few times many years ago when I was looking for you, Ted, outside of school hours. I called him on the phone, thinking it might be your number, but he was so funny, laughingly telling me HE was Ted Koznur, the one that really counted. You were Junior,  and if I ever needed anything from a Koznur, I should call HIM! He was charming and gracious and ever so accommodating. I apologized for disturbing him, but he was so entertaining and happy, I never forgot him. He told me to call him back when I got ahold of  you, just to let him know the mission was accomplished! A wonderful, caring and genuine soul. I will always remember those conversations. Like father, like son!

I am so terribly sorry to hear of Ted's passing.  I'm thinking back to when we were neighbors with children growing up.  They were happy days on Sarasota Ave.  We talk about those days often.  Take

My childhood memories of you have been racing thru my mind all day.  I remember the patience you gave me over the weekends I spent in your home, the emotional support you offered during my downfall and the true enthusiasm you showed with every conversation we exchanged BUT my most vivid memory is your laugh, it was true and contagious! I love you, rest well ❤
