You are now beside your mother and father, who loved you so much. Hold hands and watch over us, especially your beloved son Eric. You are and always will be present in our hearts.
On March 7, 2026 in Hamilton, Ontario at the age of 80 years and 11 months, my mother Thérèse Bilodeau (Vaillancourt) passed away. Daughter of the late Maurice Bilodeau and Gisèle Bolduc. Born in Arvida, Quebec and raised in Saquenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
She leaves in mourning her beloved son Eric Vaillancourt and his partner Sara Rose Bond. Her brother Gilles Bilodeau with his partner Francine Brassard, nephews Alain and Gaétan, as well as their children from Quebec. Her sisters and brothers Noëlla, Denise, Andre, Pierre and her beloved confidant and sister Francine Bilodeau and her husband Réjean Maltais and their children Chantale and Bruno (his partner Josée) and all of their children Mathis-Eloan, Kim Alexandra, Taïna and Alex. She also leaves behind her oldest and dearest friend Nita, and her daughter Natalie, who were both family and friends.
May she forever rest and finally be free with those who loved her most.
