Valdemar "Val" Gerasimchuk

Beloved husband of Natalie, who have spent 75 loving years together. Dear father of the late Valerie (2021), Nina, George and Anna. Cherished grandfather of Jessica, Michael, Summer, Shayla, Ross and great-grandfather of Ryker and Axton. Loving brother-in-law of Boris, the late Vlady and his wife and children. Will be remembered by Diana in Estonia and her children.

Val was a watchmaker and jeweller throughout his entire life. Val was known for his gentleness, kindness, generosity, wisdom and unconditional love for his family and friends. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.

Resting at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton for visitation on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 4-8 p.m and on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 10-11 a.m. A chapel service will be held at 11 a.m. Please click on the link through the funeral home website to watch the service through livestream.
