It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Wendy Kirkpatrick on Monday, November 28, 2011, surrounded by her family at the Juravinski Cancer Centre, Hamilton at the age of 60. Cherished mother to Jason (Melanie), Thomas (Lucy) and Brad (Ashlee). Devoted grandma to Jillian, Mikayla, Lucas, Crayton and Avery. Wendy is survived by her sister Helen Solly. Predeceased by her parents Francizek and Karzmiera, as well as her brothers Ted and John. Special thanks are extended to the staff of Ward C3 of Juravinski for their compassionate care. Friends and family will be received at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (across from Gage Park at the delta) on Thursday, December 1 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, December 2 at 11 am followed by interment at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington.
