Wilfrid "Ted" Edward Passmore

He is reunited with his beloved wife Nancy May Passmore. Ted was also predeceased by his brothers John and Jim, brother in-law Jack. Survived by his sisters in-law June, Judy, and Alice.

Loving father of Maria (Michael) Gagnon, David (Theresa) Passmore, Jimmy (Helen) Passmore, and Steven Passmore, stepfather of Michael, Susan (Mike), Peter (Yolie), Jeff (Pearl), and Sandra. Proud grandfather to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He will also be lovingly remembered by his brother George (Pam), sister Hazel (Allen) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, here in Canada and across the pond in England. Ted was a man of few words but when it came to singing, he loved to teach his grandchildren all his favourites. Ted was one of Hamilton’s oldest bricklayers and as a master of his trade, he passed on his talents to Joshua.

The family wish to thank Sargent Major for his support. Thank you to the staff at Extendicare for all the special moments they created, and the staff at Bayshore. Ted loved his nurses and PSW’s. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue E. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 1-3pm. Cremation to follow.
