CHANDLER, William "Bill" - Sadly Bill passed away on July 5, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Margaret Chandler and brother Doug Chandler. Dearly missed by his brother Chris Chandler. Best friend to Greg. Bill was a retired employee of Stelco. A Graveside Service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at noon.
