Arthur served in the U.S Air Force for 24 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant in Hampton, VA. He subsequently worked at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Toys R Us, officially retiring in 2018.
Art was Mr. Fix it and enjoyed gardening. He enjoyed trips to Lowes with his buddy Robert. Art was a life long fan of the Miami Dolphins (win or lose).
He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, brother and Pop Pop. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Frances (Fran); his children: Caryn Hatley (Britt), Caryl Sawyer (Tom), Sara Mullen (Lou), and A.J. Horvath; grandchildren: Meghan, Addison, Aidan, and Ellie; great grandchild, Cadence; and siblings: Valorie Miller, Victoria Horvath, Gary Horvath and Thomas Horvath.
A service will be held at a later date.
