She enjoyed antiquing and gardening.
Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Williams, Sr., and daughter, Wendy Goodwin. Surviving members of her family include her children, Kenneth F. Williams, Bobbie W. Benson and husband David L., Susan D. Williams, and Robert E. Williams, Jr. and wife Samantha; Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and faithful companion and cherished cat, Tom.
The family will receive family and friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Bernice's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 20, at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Don Phelps. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
