Betty was predeceased by her husband, Alexander A. Augustine and her son, John M. Augustine. She is survived by her daughters, Alice A. Grady (Scott) of Mathews and Dolores A. Field (Roger) of Middlesex Co.; four grandchildren, Keith, Jessica, Alex, and Brandon; brother, William Adams of Gloucester; and two nephews, Milton Birdsong and Mark Whittaker.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Betty's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
