As I was talking to Stephen the other day I began to notice how similar he and Brian were.
From the very beginning it was always Brian and Steve.  Seed and Pod as they liked to call each other.
They shared the same last name-
They shared their 1st car  The Chevy Nova.
They both loved baseball- even played on the same over 30 team.
They both had a Pontiac Catalina, Toyota Corolla and Chevy Camaro.
They both joined the US Navy-
They both married Virginia Girls-
And they both had daughters born on the exact same day.
Brian, you were loved, you are missed, but you will always be remembered. 
Rest easy now we can take it from here.

I was so sorry to hear about Brian. He was such a nice guy and clearly loved his family so very, very much.  I enjoyed working with him and the conversations we would have.  My condolences to all of you.

My nephew Brian, sister Betty's eldest son, has passed away after a long illness. I will remember him with love and be thankful for that last conversation, just one day before he passed. Brian's brothers, his wife and daughter, my sister, and all of the family will miss his cheerfulness and his big laugh, and his truly brave heart, tested by a long, episodic illness. I will forever cherish the grace he displayed in his last days.

I knew Brian from NYHS.  He was a nice guy to us younger students.  From the photos it looks like he packed a lot of living into his years!

So glad to find you on Facebook all those years after I last saw you in third grade. 
It was amazing to discover we've been living only about an hour apart here in Virginia, and less than 1/2 an hour from where I lived before this!
I guess I'll never forget the way you would grin when you got tickled!

My heartfelt condolences are extended to the dear family and friends of Brian Pedigo. I first met Brian when we were just kids living in the little town of Haydenville Ohio. I remember playing games in the yard, riding bikes and what a sweet person he was. The last time I saw Brian was in November of 2011 and it was so nice catching up with him.  I am grateful for his service to our great nation  and so glad to have known him. May you rest in peace my friend. God bless each of you and keep you in His care. My brother Brian: what can I say about him? He was everything you could want in a big brother.  He was funny when needed, a voice of reason when needed, and a shoulder to lean on when needed.  I guess he was everything he needed to be at the time you needed it.  The memories he created and the family he formed are all the signs of what an amazing man he was and the man he will be remembered as.  I love you brother and I feel honored that I was yours.

Brian will always be "Other Father" to us, because He, Michelle, and Mary have always been our other family. He will be missed more than words could ever say, but I find peace in knowing his pain was ended by the grace of our merciful Heavenly Father. Other Mother & Sissy, you have all of our love and support. <3

He loved being outside - land, water, mountains.
He loved the skills and comradery  that were involved in one of his softball games
He loved a plentiful vegetable garden 
He loved a baseball game and 7th inning stretch.
He loved the Navy and the men and women he served next to
He loved the Republican Party 
He loved his family - blood and by marriage,near and far. 
He loved a loud KISS concert
He loved his country: the Red, white and blue
He loved to collect baseball cards
He loved Ohio State
He loved his dogs - Amos Lee, Murphy, and Buxton to name a few
He loved  the 2nd Amendment
He loved a good milkshake
But most of all, he loved Will, Mary and Michelle through and through.

 May God be with the Pedigo family, so sorry to hear that of Brian's passing, he was a good friend, may he rest in peace and hope that all of us will see our loved ones again in Jesus second coming, God Bless.

Served with Brian in the early '80s aboard the USS Benjamin Franklin.  He was funny, friendly, hard working, and just great to be around.  I will miss my submarine brother.  Sleep well, my friend.  Prayers of comfort and joy to his family.

Brian was my favorite nephew (I tell them all the same thing)! Brian was a good man who lived his life exactly the way he believed that he should. He battled his illness far longer than most could have and retained his humor and his dignity to the very end. He loved Johnny Bench and the Big Red Machine, he loved KISS and first and foremost, Brian loved America. Brian Pedigo was a man and I loved him.

Brian was a great friend and cousin.  He was a good person and touched a lot of peoples lives.  So sorry for your loss, he now has his wings and is an angel.  He will be missed by many.  Hope that you find strength in comfort.  Sorry for your loss.  Hugs.

Served with Brian on the Benjamin Franklin. Was a good time to be there as the shipmates we had made the job easier to accomplish and Brian was one of those to be sure. Thoughts and prayers to the family. Fair winds and following seas my friend.

Remember Brian, served with him on the 640 blue crew in early 80's and considered him a good friend.  Easy to talk to, well mannered and great work ethic!  Good memories all!

Uncle Brian,
I'm not sure where to begin, there are so many things that you did to inspire my own life that I never thanked you for. Dad was just saying earlier how you two played ball together. How you bought him that glove, the glove he used to teach me how to play. The glove that spent countless hours out back playing catch with me. I wouldn't be where I am today without that glove, without you. You inspired me to join the military, I remember in high school when I passed my Chief's board and got those anchors I was so excited to come home and tell you, even if it was only JROTC. I was proud when I received those ROTC offers, I was proud to carry on the Pedigo tradition, the tradition that you started. I can't thank you enough for the things that you did for me, many of which you probably didn't even know that you did. You and Bobo be sure to keep your arms warm up there in Heaven, when my time comes I'll be sure to have a glove ready.

I was a shipmate of Brian's on his first boat. The USS Benjamin Franklin   We qualified at almost the same time. I admired Brian for his thoughtfulness and commitment to duty   I'm truly a better man for having known him. Rest your oars my brother.

I knew Brian as a teenager from The Plains Oh. He and Steve were good friends with my brother Jack B Wilson (Bo). I have many fond memories of Brian, one in particular of a group of us all from The Plains dressing up as "Kiss", what a fun Halloween that was!  Bo, Brian and Steve used to spend a lot of time together, they were great friends! I am so sorry for your loss and I send my heart felt love to you.
