Carol Green

Carol H. Green, age 80, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2010 in Morehead City, NC. She was a native of Lawton, Iowa and a resident of Morehead City for 10 years. She was employed as a payroll clerk with NASA and retired in 1978 after many years of service.

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband, "Bob" John R. Green; her father, Everett Harrison; her mother, Leona Harrison; and her brother, Morris Harrison. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her daughters, Teresa Mull of Morehead City, NC, Rita Salas of San Antonio, TX, and Deborah Henry of Toano; grandchildren, Jacob and Thomas Marcum, Jessie and Johnny Salas, Michael Mull, and John Henry and Sarah Rausch; great-grandchildren, Sydney and Robert Marcum, Karys Marcum, Jessie Salas, Landon and Hunter Mull, and Zoe Rausch; brothers, Don Harrison and Dale Harrison; sister, Sheryl Daniel; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, whom she adored.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 30, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Carol's life will be held on Friday, Dec. 31 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
