Cecelia Schriner, 75, of Hampton Virginia, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025. She was born on March 12, 1950 to the late Erwin Howland and Rebecca Blanton. She was married to the love of her life David Dean Schriner for 53 years before his passing in 2023.
Cecelia was a proud member of the United States Air Force, and after retiring she continued to serve as a Civil Servant to Langley Air Force Base.
She is predeceased by her parents, and her brother Walter Howland, and sister Amelia Howland.
Cecelia leaves behind her sons Scott (Amy) Schriner, and their daughter Breanna (Joey), and son Jason and great grandbabies Joseph and Scottie, son Steve Schriner and his daughter Ella, and Chris (Heather) Schriner. She also leaves behind her sisters Jean (Bill) Robinson, Diana (Mike) Kalb, and Evelyn (Steve) Vogelsong. She leaves behind her brothers Richard (Penny) Howland, and George (Sonja) Howland.
Cecelia will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
