Charles Edward Sullivan, age 77, of Hampton, Virginia passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022.
A graveside service for Charles will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, Virginia.
