Christopher Allen Pearson

He is survived by his loving wife, Kelly, and their three children Alyssa, Tristan and Taylor. Mother, Debbie Whitley (Bill), Father, Drew Pearson (Lucy), brother, Bobby Pearson (Sarah), step-sisters, Sharon Thompson (Craig), Joanne Whitley (Carl), brother-in-law, Nick Reilly, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.

Christopher loved and lived for his family. He shared many trips to Disney, Nascar races, soccer games and movies with his family. He loved good food and conversation at family gatherings. He was an artist who loved playing music and drawing.

Christopher graduated from the Newport News Shipbuilding Apprentice School as a maintenance electrician and worked in Facilities Planning. He was employed there for 20 years.

We are truly grateful to his nurse, Cindy Mellish, who provided comfort and care for him during the past month and for the many family and friends who supported him through his battle.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 5th at 2:00 p.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Visitation will be held after the service at the funeral home.
