Christopher Allen Vincent, 24, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, June 11, 2011. He was born in Hampton on March 27, 1987 and graduated from Menchville High School. He had a passion to play the guitar and write his own music. He also enjoyed reading and writing, bike rides and days at the beach with his friends. Christopher loved his family and had a compassionate heart. He gave unselfishly with his final gift of being a “Lifenet Hero”.
Christopher was preceded in death by his grandfather Kyle H. Gunter.
He is survived by his father Edward Lee Vincent Jr., stepmother Sherry Vincent, sister Krystal Dawn Vincent, Grandmother Jean Gunter, Mother Stacy Liverman, Grandmother Brenda Liverman-Curran, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A memorial celebration of Christopher’s life will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 15 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Avenue, in Hampton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Norfolk, 404 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23507.
