Daniel L. Cutshaw

He was born in Virginia on August 16, 1946 to the late David and Lois Cutshaw.

Dan worked most of his career as a project manager in the construction field. When he wasn’t working he loved cooking great food, sailing, and spending time on the water. When his grandchildren were born, they became the pride and joy of his life. Dan was their biggest cheerleader in all that they did. He attended every sporting event that they had as well as their school events. He was always proud of all their achievements.

He was predeceased by his parents and his nephew Christopher Pearson.

Daniel leaves behind his daughter Cindy and her husband Keith, his son Michael and his wife Jamie. He is also survived by his grandchildren Ashlyn, Bryce, Laina and Ava. Also survived by his brother Tom and his wife Liz Cutshaw and his sister Debbie and her husband Bill Whitley, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will welcome guests on Tuesday March 17 at 10:00 AM for a visitation, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. The family also invites guest to join them for a time of fellowship after the funeral service. All services will take place at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home, located at 2551 N. Armistead Ave, Hampton VA 23666.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to either Warhill High School Athletics Department or Poquoson High School Athletics Department. If you would like to make a donation, please feel free to bring it by to the funeral home or mail it directly to the schools. The family would love if you put Daniels name on the check in his honor.
