Dung Chi Tran, age 44, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. He was born in Saigon, Vietnam and was a resident of Hampton, Virginia.
Prayer services will begin at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, and the family will receive friends throughout the day until 8:00 pm.
