Harold Franklin Shaffer, age 85, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 in Hampton, Virginia. He was born on August 14, 1926 in Washington, DC to the late Harold and Hazel Shaffer.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary-Ellen Gmoch of Chesapeake.
Services will be held at a later date in Chatham, Massachusetts.
