Helen lived in Williamsburg, where she was a dedicated member of (SMBC) Gospel Way Baptist Church. She loved camping, going to the beach, traveling, gardening, and especially loved her dogs.
She is survived by her children, Russell W. Edwards (Stephanie), and Jenny M. Harrison; grandsons, Travis Edwards, Jesse Edwards, and Samuel Edwards.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marie Burkholder; her first husband, Percy M. Edwards; and her husband, Harold Earehart; her siblings, John Burkholder Jr., Betty Watkins, and Nancy McGuire.
The family will receive friends for a Visitation on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 11:00AM in the chapel, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton, Virginia, 26333. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Chapel at 12:00PM, with Interment to follow at 1:00PM, at Parklawn Memorial Park, 2551 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton, Virginia, 23666.
