A note from Anne, during his more lucid times, daddy made it clear that he wanted to pass in the same house that our mother passed away in over 5 years ago. Carol and I would like to thank our sister, Patti for being there and allowing this to happen. With the outstanding help from the hospice staff from Visiting Physicians, Patti was with him almost 24 hours a day and allowed him his last wish. We know this was a difficult task at times. You will never know how much we appreciate and love you taking on this challenge.
