Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Suzanne; grandson, Richard Chester; and great-grandson, Paul Chester.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband of 75 years, William H. Smith; daughters, Lynne Smith of Pembroke Pines, FL, Nancy Pearson of Stuart, FL, and Jeanne Blount of Williamsburg, VA; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a wealth of extended family and innumerable friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 26, at 11 AM at Peninsula Memorial Park Mausoleum.
