Julane Marie Crum

Ms. Crum was a preschool teacher for the Peninsula Academy and attended Kirkwood Presbyterian Church in Yorktown, Virginia. She was also a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority.

Julane was preceded in rest by her father, Lyle E. Schaefer and grandparents. She is survived by a son, Justin Crum and wife, Emily; a daughter, Jordan Crum; a grandchild, Aubrey Crum; her mother, Sheila Schaefer; sisters, Lori Hollinger and husband, Robert, and Tami Timmons and husband, Chris; and all of the parents, staff, and children at the Peninsula Academy.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Kirkwood Presbyterian Church. A celebration of Julane’s life will follow. Interment will be at 3:00 pm at Parklawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Family of Julane Crum, administered through Kirkwood Presbyterian Church; please contact the church for details. Any floral memorials should be sent directly to the church.
