Kenneth was preceded in rest by his parents, James and Fannie Woodard. He is survived by his brother, James F. Woodard, Jr.
The family will receive friends 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. A celebration of Kenneth’s life will be held at 2:00 pm at the Mausoleum Chapel. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
