The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park. A celebration of Lieu’s life will be held at 8:30 am on Saturday, February 2, at Our Lady of Vietnam Catholic Church, 318 Whealton Road, in Hampton.
