Mrs. Pat, Pamela Jo and I can't thank you enough for the period of time that you allowed us to rent from you on the river in Middlesex. What a beautiful home you provided for us as you and Mr. Mannard were most gracious with your spirit of hospitality. We do surround you and your family with the faith, hope and love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as Mr. Mannard has transitioned into heaven with the Father. God Bless you and thank you again. We were saddened to hear that Mannard passed away. Mannard and I, with his electronic expertise and my bumbling ways were able to get more out of a Sears TV than anyone would have thought possible.
Marion and Patty were close friends and shared many times together when our families were young
We pray that the family will be comforted by many good memories and the Spirit of the Lord that Mannard served so well.

So very sorry to learn about Maynard passing. Both of you were wonderful neighbors and friends in Patriots Walk. Never forget all your kindness to me!

Still remember the day I saw Maynard on a ladder cleaning the house gutters! And the day we retrieved a chair for him to complete his neighborhood walk!

Please take care Pat and call anytime!
