

She was a strong and feisty woman, devoted 20 year career military wife and loving and compassionate mother to 5 kids, passionate about her flowers, loved to go to Massanutten and was wild about anything dealing with deer. She was also known for her crab cakes at the Seafood Kitchen.
Preceded in death by parents, Roland George Albert Thompson and Elizabeth Ethel Klingelhoefer and her husband of 64 years, William H. Weber Jr., she is survived by her one remaining brother Stanley Thompson and wife Pat; by a daughter Patricia Ann and husband Robert Hayden; 3 sons and their wives - Ronald and Winona (Wyn), William H. Weber III and Natalie, Russell and Tari and son William R. Weber; 7 grandchildren - Ronald Weber II, David, Nicholas, Dylan Weber, Ricky (Skipper), Daniel, and Elizabeth (Beth) Hayden; and 6 great-grandchildren – Kara and Logan Weber, Benjamin, Caitlynn, Liam and Lily Hayden; and 6 sisters-in-law - Elizabeth (Libby) League, Georgia Lee Jarman, Catherine Matthews, Phyllis Tilkins, Barbara Ruck, and Joan Adams.
A viewing will be held on Friday, January 23rd from 6 to 8 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A chapel service will be on Saturday, January 24th at 1 PM, followed by internment in Parklawn Memorial Park.
