Marie Louise Schayot Doleac, 86, a native of Phoenix, Louisiana and 41 year resident of Hampton died at her home on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hampton.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Louis and Effie Perez Schayot, and her husband, Philbert Cosmas Doleac, Sr.
She is survived by five sons, Albert J. Brignac of Slidell, LA, Philbert C. Doleac, Jr. of Portland, OR, Michael L. Doleac of Redmond, WA, Craig H. Doleac of Owings, MD, and Steven G. Doleac of Deale, MD; two daughters, Denise E. Gratteau of Chesapeake, VA and Andree L. Parr of Tampa, FL; 20 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 12, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 512 Buckroe Avenue, in Hampton. The family will be receiving friends at 400 Old Point Avenue, Hampton, following the Mass. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2011.
