Michael “Dwayne” Wade, 56, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018. He was born in Newport News, Virginia and grew up in Hampton. Dwayne attended Bethel High School and later became an electrician. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR.
Dwayne was preceded in rest by his father, Dickie Wade. He is survived by his mother, Dot Wade; sister, Sonya Wade Poslik and husband, Lenny; brother, David Crews and wife, Denise; spouse, Cyndi Sparrow; daughter, Lisa Sparrow; nephews, Dillon and Connor Poslik; niece, Kaylie; and special friend, Billy Cupp.
The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, March 19, 2018 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park. A celebration of Dwayne’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 20 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
