Raymond “Ray” Clohn Turner, 48, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. He was born in Saigon, Vietnam, a graduate of Frankfurt American High School and a resident of Newport News/Hampton for 30 years. He was an avid Redskins and NASCAR fan and a skilled automotive technician.
Raymond was preceded in rest by his birth father, Charles D. Turner. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Kim Arp; father, Ray Arp; daughters, Megan and Marisa Turner; sisters, Suzann Messick (Craig) and Jan Cantu-Stickney (Stacy); brother, Charles “Donnie” Turner (Kim); nephew, Josh Cantu; nieces, Mina Cantu and Addison Messick; Beth Turner and extended family and friends.
A celebration of Raymond’s life will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home.
