Richard Gibson

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Marilyn Gibson and his brother, Chip Gibson.

Richard enjoyed all things outdoors; boating, jet skiing, camping and just sitting outside with cold beer in hand listening to music and hanging out with friends and family. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his children and his beautiful granddaughter.

Richard is survived by his wife, Teresa; his children, Richie, Rachael, Taryn (Chaz) and Charlie; his granddaughter, Vera; brother Phillip (Danette).

Richard took comfort in knowing that he would be reunited with his family in our Heavenly Kingdom and is now at peace and free of pain. We will miss his joyful personality and his contagious laugh. He was always the life of the party and never met a stranger.

There will be a visitation Thursday, April 22 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home chapel on Friday, April 23 at 12:30 PM with interment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. All COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.
