Robert Behrens

Robert Behrens, age 62, departed this life on January 18, 2023. Bob was born in Rhode Island to Harry and Patricia Behrens. Bob graduated Hampton High School in 1978. He worked at the shipyard for many years and then at Canon and Anheiser-Busch for over two decades. Family was most important to him, he loved spending time with relatives and close friends. Two of Bob's favorite past times were going to the beach and watching the Raiders. Bob was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Robert is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sherry; his children, Scott and Katie; grandson, Cameron; sister, Elizabeth; mother, Patricia; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Behrens. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 25th, 2023 in the funeral home followed by interment in Parklawn Memorial Park.
