Sissy Ann Clack, 26, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2012, after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Hampton and most recently a resident of Portsmouth for 2 ½ years. Sissy graduated from Hampton High School, where she played indoor and outdoor field hockey. She loved riding and taking care of the horses at Riverdale Stables.
Sissy was preceded in death by her mother, Danette M. Clack; and uncle, Michael Sosnowski. She is survived by her father, Monty G. Clack; sister, Renee M. West; and grandparents, John and Dawn Hustus.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 16 at Fox Hill Road Baptist Church, 335 Fox Hill Road, in Hampton, officiated by Rev. Thomas Larson and Dr. Robert May. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
