Mike enjoyed music and loved to dance and travel. He had a fun, humorous side and joked around a lot. He liked cruising around on his Harley. His passion was anything to do with the water, such as riding his jet ski, swimming, or being captain of his own boat. In his younger years, Mike enjoyed flying with his dad and always held a fascination for airplanes. He was a believer in our heavenly Father and because of his heart, Mike was always helping strangers and friends in need by repairing cars, fixing computers, volunteering at food banks, or towing broken down boats to shore. May your soul rest in peace, Mike. We will greatly miss you!
A visitation for Steven will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, VA 23666. Immediately following the visitation will be refreshments and a Celebration of Life at The Landing Hotel- Tapestry Collection by Hilton at Topsail Patio (Oyster Alley). This outdoor restaurant overlooking the Marina is located at 700 Settlers Landing Road, Hampton, Virginia.
