hi bryce,  we used to play together all the time. you would always come around the corner to my house with your little brother. we had a lot of fun. Then one day i come home from school and here from chelsea about what happened. i was loss for words. i got that feeling when your hearts in your stomach and you cant breathe. it was so scary. i wanted to fall to the ground and cry. Just thinking of all of the things we used to do and fun we used to have, it hurt. i founf out today that we used to be close when i was like 1 or 2 also. i thought that was kind of cool. :) you are and will always be missed and thought about everyday.  your friendd Alisha Atwood <3

   First, I want to say that your an amazing person. To have you in my life, even for the short amount of time it was, will always stay in my heart and soul. I will cherish our memories forever. You made me see that someone other the ur own children can love you unconditionally. Thank you for that. You've always made me a very proud aunt! I don't know how we are suppose to just move on. I don't know if I can!! My heart is missing a huge chunk, and it hurts so bad. My handsome, caring nephew is gone, and there's nothing I can do about it. I just wish we had like 10 more minutes, so I could squeeze (hug) you, and kiss you, and tell you how much I love you! I LOVE YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! I've been telling myself over and over again, that the good lord needed a perfect little angel up there in heaven, and boy did he choose a good one!! Your forever in my heart and soul! I'm going to leave you with our irish blessing. This my love is hanging awaiting your arrival....

My son, 
               I have been sitting here for quite a while now, trying to out into words just what I feel at this moment. Question is how does a father say goodbye to a son? There are so many things I want you to know and not enough ways to say them to you. So here are a few things i want you to keep with you: I don't know where it was that you were trying to get to in life but I promise you if you just keep your eyes forward and your heart clear you will make it! Which brings me to my next point don't look down! Don't spend one moment of your new beginning looking down here and worrying about us! I promise you we will all be ok and we only want you to have the peace you were so desperately seeking in life. Last but definitely not least I LOVE YOU and there has never nor will ever be a moment that wasn't or isn't true. So be at peace and let Papa guide you there as he guided me here!  Rest well baby and daddy loves you! Now i know you need to sleep so i'll end this with our final lullaby:

My beautiful baby boy, I love and miss so much, but I know in my heart that you are in a safe place now. You have no more pains, frustrations, and even problems left to worry about now. no one can harm or hurt you anymore. You are normal and free to be you and not who everyone else wanted you to be. I love you my baby boy. You will be loved and missed and remembered everyday. Mommy, Freddy and Kane will keep you alive in our hearts and minds. Goodbye for now but we will meet again one day.

As a substitute teachers aide I had the opportunity to work with Bryce many times. We had several long discussion times and I came to respect him very much.  Bryce was a very special young man and I will miss seeing him around the school.  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his friends at this time of sorrow.        Tom Ross
