Doris Lunell Holt Holt Randall

Doris was born in McAlister, Oklahoma on August 16, 1922 to Curry and Claudia Holt. She married John Randall in Englewood, California on June 24, 1942 and they have made their home in Hanford for 67 years. Doris was a longtime member of Lakeside Community Church of Hanford where she played the organ for many years. She also enjoyed playing piano. Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and Grandma Great. Doris will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Curry and Claudia Holt, two brothers, Howard (Howie) Holt and Millard Holt and two sisters, Cora Saul and Dolly Ann Smith.

Doris leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, John Randall of Hanford, CA; three daughters, Linda Watson of Missouri, Nancy Scott of Iowa and Shelly Burnett of Nevada.; nieces and nephews, Margie Meier, Mikie Collins, Patty Mitchell, Dottie Waldrop; nephews, Steve Scott, and Gary Rodgers; eight grandchildren, Juliet Ogelvie, Jonathan Howorth, Kelly Burnett, Sheldon Burnett, Shawna Jermstad, Carrie Beth Watson, Mathew Scott, and Camie Gephartt and eight great grandchildren, Kalea Gephartt, Faith Jermstad, Jonathan, Jermstad, Grace Jermstad, Hope Jermstad, Tennesse Cash Ogelvie, Sugar Magnolia Ogelvie and Cofhton Howorth and many, many friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 4 – 6 p.m. at People’s Funeral Chapel, 501 N. Douty St., Hanford, CA . Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Grangeville Cemetery, 10428 14th Avenue in Armona, CA.
