Era Louise Jones

She was born on March 28, 1932 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

She was one of 5 children, she married at the young age of 15 and made her way to Stockton, Laton and then in 1963 they settled in Hanford Ca. She was a Great wife, Mother of 5 children, Grandmother, Great & Great-Great Grandmother and she loved them with all of her heart.

She became a nurse and worked at Sacred Heart Hospital for 12 years. Then moved to Dunlap, Ca

and continued her nursing in Reedley, she retired after 25 years of Nursing. After her husband died she returned to Hanford and joined two bowling teams and was very active with the Hanford Seniors Club, she loved to dance every week. She also loved to sew and do crafts of all kinds.

Era was proceeded in death by her parents Olin & Eve Roberts, Husband, her first three born children Sandra Louise Wallar, Carol Jean Alcala, Jessie Kenneth Wallar.

She is survived by her two daughters Catherine Wallar and Shelley (Kay) Gammell of Hanford,Ca. Also her

grandchildren Charles (Chuck) Alcala, Fred Alcala Jr, Erica Craig, Denise Vasquez, Monica Roberts, Jesse Wallar Jr, Michael Miller and Robert (Bobby) Wallar. Also many Great & Great-Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.

The family would like to thank Valley Christian Home for the wonderful love and care they gave their Mother

over the last few years.
