

Frankie was born on March 16, 1960 in Sacramento, CA to Frank & Victoria (Almanza) Elias. He graduated from McClatchy High School in 1978 and was employed at Campbell Soup Company for close to 35 years. He retired in April 2013 and then moved to Hanford, CA to be with his daughter and her family.
Frankie enjoyed being with his grandkids and he loved watching his favorite football team; the Dallas Cowboys. Also he was a dedicated umpire for baseball and softball throughout the Sacramento valley.
Frankie is survived by his mother; Victoria Becerra, brother; Victor Elias (wife Judith) and his two children; Celina Elias (significant other Edward) Frankie Elias (wife Margarita) and grandchildren: Alyssa, Maritza, Frankie, Mathew, Jacob, Ian and Alina and nieces and nephews; Leticia (husband Galen), Lisa, Victor and Vincent Elias. He was preceded in death by his father; Frank Elias and brother; Ralph Becerra.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2013 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Kiko’s Life to follow at 4:00 p.m. at People's Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230. An Inurnment will later follow with his family members at St. Mary's Cemetery in Sacramento, CA.
