Laura Lee Snyder Davis

Laura was born to Donald & Myrtle Snyder on October 23, 1959 in Burlingame, California. After a sudden battle against cancer, Laura went home to our Lord on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Adventist Medical Center in Hanford, California. Laura worked for the last 30 years as an Operations Supervisor for the Giannola Management Company in Hanford, California. On December 22, 1974, Laura married the love of her life; Sid Davis. They made their home in Hanford for the past 37 years. They have a wonderful son; Curtis Davis and two beautiful grandchildren; Conner & Chloe. She and her husband have been long time members of Koinonia Christian Fellowship Church at which she participated in several women’s ministries. Laura loved her family deeply and had a strong devoted love for God. She cared for everyone all the time.

Laura is preceded in death by her father; Donald Snyder and her father-in-law; Nelson C. Davis. Laura is survived by her beloved husband of 37 beautiful years; Sid Davis of Hanford. She will be truly missed by her son and his wife; Curtis & Jesselyn Davis of Hanford. Laura leaves her loving mother; Myrtle Snyder of Iowa, siblings; Don E. Snyder & wife Cindy, Pamela Watson & husband Lee, Kelly Tracy & husband Curt and Jack E. Snyder & wife Kathy. Laura also leaves behind her father & mother-in-law; David & Laura Adam of Connecticut, sister-in-law; Linda Davis of Armona, brother & sister-in-law; Craig & Jeanne Bright of Connecticut along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Koinonia Christian Fellowship Church; 12536 Hanford-Armona Road, Hanford, CA 93230 with Burial to follow at Grangeville Cemetery; 10428 14th Avenue, Armona, CA 93202.
