Victor Baldemar Ramos

Victor was born in Coalinga, California on July 18, 1961 to Baldemar and Juanita Ramos. He attended Avenal High School where he was a member of the football and track teams, graduating in 1979. At the time of his passing, Victor was employed by Waste Management in Kettleman City, California for 25 years as an Operating Engineer. He was a loving son, brother and father. Victor enjoyed spending time with his son, Christian and his nephew Edward Zavala playing golf, traveling to the coast, and watching football. He was kind and caring and was a very hard working man. Victor was preceded in death by his mother Juanita Ramos in 2002. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Victor is survived by his loving son, Christian Michael Ramos of Hanford, CA; his father, Baldemar Ramos of Avenal, CA; three brothers, David L. Ramos of Atascadero, CA, Robert Ramos and Edward Ramos, both of Avenal, CA and one sister, Estella Ramos of Hanford, CA; one niece, Jennifer Ramos; one nephew, Edward Steven Zavala and a great niece, Jaynee Campos and many, many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 10 – 12 Noon with funeral services to follow at 12:30 p.m. at People’s Funeral Chapel, 501 N. Douty St., Hanford, CA.
