

Violet was born on January 24, 1929 in Huntington Beach, California to parents, Ben and Laura Daniel. During her teen years Violet and her parents moved to the San Joaquin Valley onto farm land between Hanford and Corcoran. Her parents continued to live in the San Joaquin Valley in the Caruthers are and lastly in Hanford before their passing.
At age 18, Violet married Elvis Grady Keeling on April 13, 1947 in Hanford, California. They resided near Kettleman City, at the PG&E camp. Grady was a long time employee of PG&E up until his death on September 13, 1973.
Violet was a homemaker who enjoyed a quiet home life and all things in nature, especially birds. She will be missed and we find comfort in the wonderful hope set before u by Job 14: 14& 15 in the bible.
Violet is survived by her son, Norman and his wife, Paula of Coarsegold, CA and their daughter, Laurie Glenn and her husband Brian, also of Coarsegold. Violet is also survived by her daughter, Mary Strong and her husband, Tom of Clovis, CA and their five children, Lora Miracle and her husband, Tim of Clovis, CA, Karen Suttie and her husband, Joseph of S. Elgin, IL, Joseph Strong and his wife, Danielle of Fresno, CA, Emily Gladden and her husband, Gene of Snoqualmie, WA and Amy Davenport and her husband, Kyle of Bakersfield, CA. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, Corey, Tyler, Alex, Addison, Kennedy and Olivia.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Grangeville Cemetery in Armona, CA.
