Barbara Marie Lynch Logan

Mrs. Barbara M. Lynch Logan, 66, of Bryantville, formerly of So. Boston, died Friday, August 21, 2009 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth surrounded by family and friends. She was raised and educated in So. Boston. Past president of Local 262, United Electrical Radio and Machine Workers Union 1980-87. Mrs. Logan loved the beach and spending time with her grandchildren. She was the loving wife of the late Walter "Sonny" Logan. Devoted mother of Michael W. Logan and his wife Andrea of Pembroke, Timothy E. Logan and his wife Diane of Halifax, and the late Christopher Logan. Mother-in-law of Margaret Logan of Halifax. Sister of Joseph Lynch of Boston and the late Edward Lynch. Also survived by grandchildren Michael J., Kelly E., and Nicholas W. Logan of Pembroke and Moriah L. and Emily P. Logan of Halifax. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass Wednesday, August 26, at 10 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St., Rte 14 in Hanson. Interment in Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St., at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in Hanson on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Donations in Barbara's memory may be made to Arthritis Foundation, P.O.
