Daniel J. Kay of Hingham formerly of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada died October 22. Born in Canada, he was the son of the late Joseph and Dorothy Dromoreski Kay. Beloved husband of Eleanor Bezte Kay and loving father of Lori Danek and her husband Mark of Plymouth, Bruce Kay and his wife Eugenia of Southampton, and Lisa Kay of Candler, NC. Devoted grandfather of Scott and Bruce Danek and Sydney Kay. His sales management career with the Kendall Corporation allowed Daniel to travel the globe having visited over 60 countries and many of these trips were shared with his wife Eleanor. He was an accomplished athlete having played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers football team and the Winnipeg Canadians hockey team. Daniel was an avid squash player representing Manitoba at the Canadian Doubles championship. He also enjoyed golf and tennis. Services are private.
