

Mr. James C. Holleran Jr., 51, of Norwell and Scituate, formerly of Hanover and Peabody, died Saturday, June 26, 2010 in Scituate after a long illness. He was born in Salem on February 28, 1959, a son of Catherine Biagioni Holleran of Peabody and the late James C. Holleran Sr. He was raised and educated in Peabody, where he was a member of the Cross Country Team in High School. He was a graduate of Babson College and recieved an MBA degree from Suffolk University. Mr. Holleran was employed as the Chief Financial Officer for the Milton Hospital. He was a member of the Health-care Financial Management Association and was a passionate and expert skier. He was a rabid sports fan enjoying golf, boating, fishing and watching his daughters play for the South Shore Scorpians Soccer Club. He is survived by his wife, AndreaLeone Holleran; 2 daughters, Tessa Christine Holleran and Jamie Paula Holleran; his mother, Catherine Biagioni Holleran of Peabody; 1 Brother, Thomas M. Holleran of Peabody; 4 Sisters, Kathleen Gaspar of Dartmouth, Joanne Legro and Linda Johnson, both of Barrington, RI and Mary Ellen Holleran of NC, and 29 neices and nephews. Visiting Hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Rte 53 in HANOVER on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate Harbor. Interment will be in New St. Mary's Cemetery in Scituate. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church.
