Margaret L. Walsh

Mrs. Margaret L. Maloney Walsh, 78 of Hanover died Tuesday, August 16, 2005 in the Coyne Healthcare Center in Rockland after a long illness. The daughter of the late James and Delia Kelly Maloney, she was born in Boston on October 20, 1926. She was raised and educated in Jamaica Plain and lived in Rockland before moving to Hanover 45 years ago. Mrs. Walsh was an active volunteer at St. Mary's Church in Hanover. Wife of the late John L. Walsh Sr, she is survived by 1 son, Michael J. Walsh of Plymouth, 4 daughters, Kathleen ''Kerry'' Walsh of Marshfield, Marie V. Heisler of Newton, Maureen T. Fencer of Halifax and Mary N. Szesnat of Freehold NY, 1 brother, Frederick Maloney of Bridgewater, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. She was the mother of the late John L. Walsh Jr. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 9 AM in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover Street, Rte 139 in Hanover. Interment will be in Hanover Center Cemetery. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Rte 53 in HANOVER on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
