Michael S. Riley, 43, of Halifax died Monday,September 24, 2001 in Brockton after a short illness. Mr. Riley was born in Everett on Oct.25,1957, the Son of Barbara G. Brennan Burns of Halifax and Frank Riley of St. Cloud,Fl. He was raised and educated in Brockton. Mr. Riley had formerly been employed as a Lab Tech at the VA Medical Center in Brockton. He enjoyed Fishing and all sports. He was a Friend of Bill W. In addition to his Parents he is survived by 2 Sons:Michael S. Riley of NH and Derek McMinamin of Plymouth;a Daughter, Tasha Riley of Taunton; a Sister, Maureen G. Riley Stanley of Marshfield; 2 Grandchildren, 1 Aunt, 1 Cousin, 1 Neice and 1 Nephew. The Funeral Mass will be on Monday at 9AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St., Rte.14, Hanson. Interment will be in Central Cemetery in Halifax. Visiting Hours will be on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9PM in the Sullivan Funeral Home, Corner of Rte.14 & 58 in Hanson.
