Mr. Paul S. Ostlund, 72 of Halifax died Friday, April 24, 2009 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton after a brief illness. The son of the late Stanley and Alice Paul Ostlund, he was born in Quincy on December 21, 1936. Mr. Ostlund operated a salvage yard in Pembroke for many years and also worked as a carpenter and general contractor. Husband of the late Roseanne Zupkofska Ostlund, he is survived by 1 son, Alfred Fabiano of Halifax, 4 daughters, Mary Reynolds, and Debbie Stockwell both of Plymouth, Donna Ostlund of Halifax and Karen Ostlund of FL, 1 sister, Christine Knight of Squantum, 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St., at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in HANSON on Monday from 7-9 PM followed by a Service at 9 PM. Interment private.
